On the right side you see the collapsed lung, on the left the costal arches; video starts with the separation of the azygos vein with a surgical stapler, the parietal pleura is already opened; 8-14 s: esophagus placed between the two PDS-clips under the opened parietal pleura, on the anatomical left side of esophagus you see a decent hematoma; 14-25 s: finding and removal of the waved needle which is placed between left side of esophagus and aorta; Lahodny suture of the parietal pleura.
