Video 1 (.rv format). The Amplatzer occluder is exposed in the right trium and grasped with robotic endoforceps. The occlusion device is excised, and after excision residual thrombus is removed from the left atrium. Atrial septal defect closure is performed in a completely endoscopic fashion using a Dacron patch. A Gore-Tex thread is taken for suturing the patch into the defect.
