Intraoperative coronary angiography in postinfarction ventricular free wall rupture: how technology can change diagnostic and therapeutic timing
Congratulations for the approach and results that solved this difficult situation completely [1]. This is a good example where cardiac surgery needs to go and to persist. The future cardiac surgeon needs to be prepared in order to solve the entire situation by himself.
