Bilateral axillary artery inflow in the treatment of a rare case of pseudocoartaction of the aortic arch

eComment: It is an interesting idea to perform aortic arch operation in difficulty [1], however, if we perform the operative cannulation via right axillary artery and left femoral artery, it might also be performed safely. Currently, we do some patients with aortic dissection by this method to avoid brain ischemia and increase the whole body perfusion with very good results. In addition, for this kind of case, we often replace the cephalic branches with hand-made branched graft with total arch prosthetic graft replacement, sometimes combined with elephant trunk graft extension. In recent years, Bentall's operation combined with total arch replacement and intraoperative stent graft insertion have been advocated for easy cannulation and operative method. In any case, how to perform a safe operation is the final goal for every surgeon.
