Arm temperature distribution in thermographic pictures after radial artery harvesting for coronary bypass operation
eComment: This study is a valuable and important study and ensures the surgeons can harvest radial artery when needed without any fear of future hand dysfunction [1]. However, I would like to raise a question about the anatomy of arterial supply of the hand. As it is known, in some people either radial artery or ulnar artery are the dominant arterial supplies of the hand which may impact the results of this study; nevertheless I cannot find any clinical or even paraclinical test to reveal the anatomy of the arterial supply of the hand.
