Schwannomas are relatively uncommon, benign nerve sheath tumors. Thoracic schwannomas most often appear in the posterior mediastinum. Pulmonary schwannomas are exceedingly rare and can present a diagnostic challenge. We present a case of an endobronchial schwannoma presenting with bronchial obstruction and review the literature of this unusual entity. Keywords: Bronchial neoplasm; Thoracic oncology
