This entity developed in our patient who was operated on for severe left main coronary artery stenosis with a dominant circumflex artery. The spasm could not be relieved with intraluminal vasodilator therapy, and the patient underwent reoperation using a saphenous vein graft-anastomosed distal to radial artery.
